Today the Saskatchewan provisional order was DECLINED!!!! 15 months in the waiting and my children are validated!!!! I could not be more pleased!!!! There is justice! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! I am filled with Gratitude. My children came with me today and witnessed so many many lessons. The good guys do win and you can not shirk your responsibilities! What an amazing day!!! The order is being sent back to Saskatchewan to give Dennis a chance to be truthful with full disclosure especially his financials. The "balls" are in his court - literally. Be a man!
Sorry to hear of your struggles with Child Support and a deadbeat dad. I'd love to correspond with you as I, too, am owed several thousand dollars in arrears and my ex's mother is putting pressure on me to call enforcement and ask them to no longer pursue the case.
